Business Information

Navigating Vallarta is a Mexican business committed to operating in accordance with applicable Mexican federal, state, and local laws, including tax, consumer protection, and privacy requirements. We regularly review our policies and business practices to maintain compliance as laws and regulations evolve.

What We Are

Navigating Vallarta is an independent community referral, marketing, networking, and membership platform.

We are not a travel agency, healthcare provider, insurance company, real estate brokerage, law firm, financial advisor, or government agency.

Our role is to connect members with independent businesses, professionals, organizations, charities, events, and local resources throughout Puerto Vallarta and the surrounding region.

Members are always free to choose the businesses and professionals they wish to use.

All products, services, pricing, warranties, contracts, availability, and professional advice are provided solely by the individual businesses and professionals.

Any advertised prices, discounts, promotions, or offers are established by participating businesses and may change without notice.

Navigating Vallarta does not guarantee pricing, availability, service quality, products, professional advice, customer satisfaction, or business outcomes.

Referral Disclosure

Some participating businesses and organizations may compensate Navigating Vallarta through referral fees, advertising, sponsorships, memberships, commissions, or other marketing agreements.

These relationships help support the operation of our platform and our commitment to giving back to the Puerto Vallarta community.

Referral or sponsored relationships will be disclosed whenever appropriate.

Member Agreement

Certain services, memberships, promotions, and events may require acceptance of our Member Agreement, which outlines:

  • Scope of services
  • Member responsibilities
  • Payment terms, when applicable
  • Cancellation and refund policies
  • Privacy authorization
  • Limitation of services
  • Event participation guidelines
  • Governing law (Mexico)

Private Messages

Members of the same community space (plaza) can exchange private messages. Your messages are never shared publicly and never sold.

Private messages are stored on our servers in readable form. Our team can and will review message content when abuse is reported by a participant, and we will comply with valid legal demands to disclose messages. Community-level volunteer moderators never have access to private messages — review happens only by the Navigating Vallarta team.

We may remove messages that violate these terms and may restrict messaging for accounts that abuse it.

Questions, Complaints & Dispute Resolution

We are committed to providing professional, transparent, and responsive service.

If you have questions, concerns, or wish to file a complaint, please contact us first.

Email: wendy@navigatingvallarta.com — WhatsApp: +1 (214) 415-2192

We strive to acknowledge all inquiries and complaints within three (3) business days and work in good faith toward a fair resolution.

If a matter cannot be resolved directly, it will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws of Mexico.

What We Do

The inclusion of a business on the Navigating Vallarta platform does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, certification, or warranty of that business, its products, or its services.

  • Connect members with trusted local businesses and professionals
  • Promote participating businesses and organizations
  • Coordinate community events and educational programs
  • Share member discounts and special offers
  • Publish articles, newsletters, and local resources
  • Support local charities and community initiatives
  • Help members discover products, services, and experiences throughout Puerto Vallarta

What We Do Not Do

  • Sell or guarantee products or services offered by independent businesses
  • Provide legal, medical, financial, accounting, immigration, or real estate advice
  • Guarantee pricing, discounts, availability, or business outcomes
  • Act as an agent for participating businesses unless specifically disclosed
  • Resolve disputes between members and independent businesses
  • Replace the direct relationship between members and the businesses they choose

Community Giving

Giving back is one of the core values of Navigating Vallarta.

A portion of our qualifying profits is donated to registered charitable organizations serving Puerto Vallarta and the surrounding communities. Donations are generally calculated and distributed quarterly after normal operating expenses, taxes, and business obligations have been met.

As our platform grows, so does our ability to support local charities and community initiatives.

We are committed to transparency and will periodically share updates on the organizations we support and the positive impact we make together.

Important Disclaimer

Navigating Vallarta is an independent referral, marketing, and community platform. We connect members with independent businesses, organizations, professionals, and service providers but do not own, operate, supervise, or control those businesses.

Each participating business is solely responsible for its own products, services, pricing, contracts, warranties, customer service, and professional advice.

Members are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before purchasing products or services or entering into agreements with any participating business.
